:: injured ::

OK, there have some time since i last blog. Well, been busy lately and worst of all i am hurt !!! Hurt as in physical - i cut my finger. Last week should have been a very happy week for me. However, it was not. On Wednesday, I was so happy that i was going for OBS. And on the same day, I was very disapointed and sad - I cut my finger and need to be send back home. I stayed in OBS clinic for the night. On thursday i was brought to see a docter on mainland. The docter say my cut is very serious but not serious enough to stitch. So he glued and put tape instead. I was warned not to touch water. Therefore, i have to go home.

Lets go back to wednesday. After i cut my finger, blood just keep rushing out. I have made 8 cotton wools soak red to stop my blood leaking - temporary. As the clinic is far away from my camp site, i took a motor boat - it was cool. When i reached the clinic, my finger is bleeding again.. Sometime is needed to stop the blood. I am sure i lost enugh blood to fill half of a 500ml bottle. I was felling very giddy and weak back then. My right hand was very pale ... almost white.
At the doctor, my finger was bandanged till it restrict all movement - to prevent the wound from opening up. So for 2 weeks i have to have this bandage on.... no water ..no movement ( means no computer, no writing ).... However today, i felt my finger was feeling better so here i am ... though it hurts a little. Doing my homework is a struggle for me ..... i wonder how i am going to sit for the chem test on monday ....

INTERESTING FACTS

* I am the first student in my JC to be sent home from OBS after 5 years of organizing the camp
* By saying i have a 5 day camp with lots of water activities, i was given a 5 day MC. Even if i protest for no MC .....
* I paid $300 to get hurt
* Consultation + 5 day MC + medicine cost me $5. Polyclinic is good .....

:: disenchanted ::

OK! I have officially failed all my H2 subjects, and failed 1 H2 subject.WOW !! This is my best ( failure ) record so far!! I am now feeling so dissatisfied, distressed, down, downhearted, foiled, frustrated, hopeless, let down, unhappy, unsatisfied, upset, vanquished and worsted !!
Why !! Why does this have to happen to me, Why ?

This happened maybe because of the following:
1) I don't do most of my tutorial myself, I copied them.
2) I don't listen during Tutorials.
3) I don't revise my work each day.
4) I did do my tutorials. I push them all to Sunday. I do what I can, and copy the rest.
5) I spend average of 7 hrs/day on sleep, 10 hrs/day in school, 5 hrs/day on computer, 2 hrs/day on tutorials ( achieving nothing mostly ) .
6) I study for my Exams 1 week before. I spend maximum 5 hrs/day on it. The rest on computer.

I must do something about it !!!!

:: Tired ::

''Yes! Friday, 12pm release ! '' was what my friend told me. He is studying at Serangoon JC. His teachers told him all teachers will have to go for a course or something, so everyone will be realeased at 12pm. I was very happy when i heard the news. Maybe the teachers in my school will also go and Friday will be early day!! However, that was not the case. The teachers in Yishun JC need not go for the course.... Maybe they are too good for the course or they are so lousy that extra trainings on them will be wasted. Because they need not go, school day on Friday is as usual, end at 5pm!!!! This is so tiring. It is not that these is the first time. However due to the june holidays and the exam period, I have custom myself to not be in school after 2pm. So suddenly, going back to normal school time, i cannot customize myself to it. Between 8am to 5pm, i only one 1hr break only. Imagine facing your teachers and books for such long hours, it kills... If school ends early, i can go find my friends who are wandering in PS, and have dinner together. I have to miss it.... What makes things worst on this Friday is that before we went home, my form teacher halt us and pass us a form -- ' Parents Meet Teachers '
People loves Friday cause it signals the end of a school week and finally time to enjoy. However, YJC makes sure that Friday is a bad day for YJcians - especailly my class !!! I hate FRIDAY !!!

Saturday. Beside the usual things, nothing much happen. When to an old friend's house but he is not around ... Have not touch on homework yet.

:: 1st Posts !!! ::

HI all , I am a student currently studying at Yishun Junior College.
I have known 'blogging' for some time already. Some of my friends have started it a long time ago. They ask me to start one too but being lazy , i refuse, giving any excueses i can think off.

Well, why do i finally start getting a blog ?
They are due to the folloing reasons:
1) Constant pressure by a friend to start a blog.
2) Nothing much to do online - besides chatting.
3) My memory is starting to fail me. I need something to record my daily events.
4) Kills time.
5) I am not lazy anymore.

Hmm, how do i start ? Well today is the 5th of July, the birthday of my good friend Jasper! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU !! May you get 'meatier' this year !! Ha Ha...

Life in JC is totally different from life in a Secondary School. The studying hours each day is extended by 2-3 hours, so are the homework, 2-3 times more !!! Life can start to be stressful....
Luckily, we still have our June holidays. However, the school makes it such that this month is not used to play but to study for our Block Test, which is after the holiday. Being me, it does't affect me much. I still play for 3 weeks and studied for 1 week only.

Well , there are consequences for it. My test is now over but only 3 days later, i got back 3 papers....... They are chem, physics and maths - and i fail them all !!! I got U ( ungraded ) !
I should feel sad, remorseful, disappointed. However, it is not the case. When my teachers are going through the answers, I just felt that if i spend more time on revision, studying, passing is not a problem. Of course, passing is one thing, performing is another thing. The only thing that cause me to feel abit regretful is that, i have disappointed my chemistry teacher. He have spend lots of time and effort on our class, yet the results ( my class, i included ) are very disppointing - only 2/20 pass !!! ( pass is just pass only ) I am also the chemistry rep. ......

Therefore form today onwards i have decided to undergo a new timetable. I will write it down here so that i can remember it.

1) Revise what the teacher taught for the day. Do all tutorials that covers what is being taught - regardless of being ask to do or not.
2) Cut down time spend on computer from 5 hours to 2 hours only.
3) Go to the library once a week and start reading up.
4) Buy 10 year series and start doing them!

I must force myself to follow this timetable to ensure better results for my Promotion Exams!
I have calculated, i need to score at least 55% in chemistry, physics and maths in the promotional exams to ensure an overall pass! Therefore for a good result, i will need a higher % !!!

Ok, thats all for today. Tired ......
